Bidding for a seventh consecutive wheelchair doubles title at the French Open, the top seeds will meet Spain’s Martin De La Puente and France’s Stephane Houdet in Friday’s final.

Hewett and Reid have not lost a doubles match together at Roland Garros since a semi-final defeat in 2019.

In the quad doubles, British pair Andy Lapthorne and Greg Slade missed out on a place in the final after losing a 10-point match tie-break.

Lapthorne and Slade were beaten 6-2 3-6 10-6 by second seeds Sam Schroder and Jin Woodman, from the Netherlands and Australia respectively.
