Four people charged with kidnapping and false imprisonment

Four people will appear in court on kidnapping and arranged marriage offences.

North Wales Police said the Romanian nationals were detained as they arrived at Holyhead port on Anglesey.

The four – aged 22, 35, 37 and 42 – have been charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment and causing another to enter into an arranged marriage.

They will appear at court in Mold, Flintshire, on Saturday.
