Framed artwork, flags of various countries carried during the opening and closing ceremonies and bedazzled unicorn costumes are among other items being sold off.
The costumes include a “glitterball” unicorn head and a fringed silver jumpsuit with the words “Did Ye Aye?” on the back.
The lectern used by King Charles in his opening ceremony speech has an estimate of between £150 to £250.
The sale is being handled by Great Western Auctions, a company based on Great Western Road and founded by TV presenter Anita Manning.
The Games saw athletes from 74 nations and territories take part, competing in 215 medal events in a variety of sports.
Glasgow stepped in at short notice to host the Games, after the Australian state of Victoria pulled out citing the cost of the event.
A pared-back programme of 10 sports was held, with organisers saying they sold about 430,000 tickets.
