The winner of a BBC Make a Difference Young Hero Award received a special surprise from Ed Sheeran.
Michal Wojcik, from Northampton, was recognised for the help and support he gives to his 13-year-old brother Jakob, who has cystic fibrosis and type 1 diabetes.
The 15-year-old and his brother were surprised by the Suffolk superstar during Gaby Roslin’s Make A Difference Show on BBC Local Radio.
Sheeran told Michal what he did for his brother was “amazing” and promised to send Jakob a guitar.
