A dog which was left paralysed after being hit by a car is now able to walk again after being given some wheels.
Darcy the Lakeland Terrier was given a 5% chance of walking again after she was hit in Carlisle’s Bitts Park last March, but after laser therapy from a vet and fundraising by local people she is now back on the move.
Her owner Daniel Harvey set up a fundraising page to raise money for the equipment which acts as a support for her two back legs.
