Hull FC outside back Davy Litten has signed a new contract to remain with the Super League club for a further two years.

The 21-year-old’s previous deal with the club was due to end at the conclusion of the 2026 season but his new contract will keep him with the Airlie Birds until the end of 2028.

After making his Super League debut in 2022, Litten has gone on to make 39 appearances for the club.

“I love everything about this club and it’s a real privilege to be staying around for an extra couple of years,” he said.

“Playing Rugby League is the best job in the world and it makes it even better to play for my boyhood club that I grew up supporting.

“It’s definitely an exciting time to be a Hull FC player at the moment and I think I share everyone’s enthusiasm about what the next few years has to offer.”

Litten had an injury-hit season in 2024 and made just six appearances, but he has almost surpassed that number this term, turning out five times and scoring two tries.

“You’ll do well to find a more enthusiastic and energetic individual than Davy and we’re lucky to have him here at Hull FC. The energy that he brings is infectious, both on and off the field,” Chief executive Richie Myler added.

“The thing that excites me about Davy is how much more development he’s still got in him.”
