A man who led police on a high-speed chase whilst twice over the legal drink-drive limit last month has been jailed.
Dale Broome, 29, from Wolverhampton, was arrested by North Wales Police and later charged with drink driving and other driving offences.
He was caught driving on the A55 near Abergele, in Conwy, at 100mph on a 20mph road.
Broome appeared before Caernarfon Crown Court where he was sentenced to 16 months in prison and disqualified from driving for four years and eight months.
