An early morning building fire has closed one of the main routes through the Scottish Borders.
Emergency services were called out to the incident on the A68 at about 03:55.
The road has been closed from Jedburgh to the Bairnkine road due to the incident.
Police Scotland said inquiries were ongoing and has advised drivers to use an alternative route.
