Brooks Nader is showing off her toned abs on social media.

In a series of photos shared on her Instagram stories, the 29-year-old reality star gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at filming the upcoming second season of her hit reality show, “Love Thy Nader.”

The model posed for photos in a black bikini paired with red sweatpants with white stripes on the sides, as she stood in front of a swimming pool.

One of the photos showed her looking at the pool from behind, while the other featured her facing the camera. She accessorized the look with a large gold statement cross necklace and a pair of black sunglasses, and styled her hair in a messy bun.

“Love Thy Nader” stars the model and her sisters, Sarah Jane, Grace Ann and Mary Holland, with the first season following the foursome as they moved to New York City from Louisiana to pursue careers in fashion.

“I will not say it has been easy,” she told The Hollywood Reporter in August 2025 about being on reality TV. “The biggest adjustment, I think, wasn’t even the cameras. It was me having lived with my ex[-husband from] 18 to 27 and then going back to square one and moving in with all my sisters, and the chaos that follows that. That was the biggest adjustment, more so than being on television.”

Nader met her ex-husband, Billy Haire, who is 11 years her senior, in 2015, when she was 19 years old, and the two got married in 2019, and were together for around five years when they announced their divorce in 2024.

During a season one episode of the reality show, Nader’s parents revealed they still keep in touch with their former son-in-law, with her father telling her, “You and Billy have your own relationship, I have my own relationship.”

“It’s a part of my story. It’s a part of what shaped me,” she said on “The Viall Files” podcast in August 2025. “It was a really, really hard decision to get a divorce just because you don’t love somebody. That’s why I did it.”

In addition to filming the second season of her hit reality show, Nader is filming the first season of the “Baywatch” reboot, which also stars Stephen Amell, Shay Mitchell, Jessica Belkin and others.

Nader is set to play Selene, a captain of the Zuma Beach Lifeguards, who often clashes with Amell’s character, Hobie Buchannon, her fellow co-captain.

While she was excited to be a part of the project, some critics slammed the casting choice online, calling it “influencer casting, not acting” and slamming the project as “a JOKE” with an “awful cast,” after she was announced as part of the cast.

“I think that the times are different, and everyone is so multi-hyphenate now. And you can be both an actor and an influencer and have influence,” Nader told the Daily Mail in March. “And that’s the beauty of the culture that social media has created.”
