Brian Low murder: What we know about the case so far

The body of 65-year-old Brian Low was found on remote land in Aberfeldy, Perthshire, in February this year.

Police initially believed the retired groundsman’s death was medically related until a post-mortem held days later showed that he had in fact been shot.

The officer in charge of the probe has described it as a “massive investigation” but admitted no suspect had yet been identified.

As detectives continue to hunt for Mr Low’s killer, the BBC’s Louise Cowie brings us up to speed on the curious case.
