Mrs Gray’s cause of death was recorded as multiple stab wounds when her inquest was opened at Bournemouth Coroner’s Court.
Her wife Sian said she would miss her “immensely”, adding: “Her giggly laugh and big smile will be hard to be without.”
Sharon Macklin, Mrs Gray’s mother, described her as “amazing, funny and kind” with an “energetic soul”.
Dorset Futsal Club, a women’s indoor football team where Mrs Gray was head coach, said it was “absolutely devastated”.
