Biker, 35, dies after rush hour crash with lorry near Tarbolton

A biker has died after he was involved in a crash with lorry in South Ayrshire.

Police Scotland said the accident happened on the B730, near its junction with the A719 at Fail to Tarbolton, at about 09:00 on Friday.

The incident involved a red Zontes ZT125 motorcycle and a black DAF lorry.

Officers said the 35-year-old, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene.
