Belfast: Armed man takes cash and beer during Holyland robbery

Police are appealing for information after reports of an armed robbery in the Holyland area of south Belfast.

A man, who was reportedly armed with a knife, entered an off-licence on Agincourt Avenue at about 20:45 GMT on Saturday night.

He then demanded cash, which he took along with a box of beer, before fleeing the scene on foot.

The suspect is described as being approximately 5ft 10in (178cm) and was wearing a grey coat, dark Nike tracksuit bottoms, white trainers and a medical face mask.
