Bedfordshire butcher breaks sausage-making world record

A butcher has officially smashed the world record for making the most sausages in 60 seconds.

Video showed Gavin Reynolds, from Clifton in Bedfordshire, filling and linking 83 Lincolnshire sausages in a minute.

The attempt in January has been confirmed by Guinness World Records as having broken the previous record of 78.

He said: “It’s brilliant. Can’t believe it. I’ve had over 30 years of training, to be fair.”
