BBC – Proposed smoking ban will see death knell of pub

The Reform UK leader said that over taxing and over regulating tobacco sales would make smoking a criminal activity.

Nigel Farage called for education and leaving people to make their own decisions, and looked back to the effect on pubs of the ban on indoor smoking.

Ministers are considering tighter restrictions on smoking outdoors as part of a drive to phase out tobacco.
