A man has been charged in connection with the death of a 55-year-old woman in Ballyconnell in County Cavan.
Annie Heyneman’s body was found at about 21:30 local time on Saturday after a call was made to gardaí (Irish police).
A man in his 60s was also seriously injured in the incident.
The man who has been charged is in his 30s and is due to appear before Monaghan District Court on Wednesday morning.
