Flights at Aberdeen Airport have been suspended after an incident involving a plane.

Aberdeen Airport said a Loganair aircraft reported a “technical difficulty” on arrival at about 16:20. No-one was injured.

“The aircraft landed safely and all passengers disembarked,” the airport said. “We are in the process of working with the airline team to remove the aircraft from the runway. Until then all flights to and from the airport are temporarily suspended.”

Passengers are advised to contact their airline for specific flight information.
