A man who sold his home to a suspected double bomber has advised property sellers to check the FBI’s most wanted list first.
Daniel Andreas San Diego bought the remote £425,000 home near Llanrwst, in Conwy, from Aled Evans and Suzanne Thomas.
“I just wish I’d checked the FBI wanted list because we missed out on the bounty,” said Aled Evans.
There was a $250,000 (£199,000) reward for information leading to Mr San Diego’s arrest.
Mr Evans added: “I’d advise everybody if you’re selling your house to somebody check the FBI wanted list first.”
