Wigan Warriors: Utility man Ryan Hampshire to leave at end of season

Ryan Hampshire is set to leave Wigan Warriors at the end of the season.

The utility back has played 12 times across the last two seasons since joining the club for a second spell at the start of 2023.

Hampshire, 29, also played in Super League for Leigh Centurions, Wakefield Trinity and Castleford Tigers.

“Ryan has made an important contribution to the team over the last two seasons both on the field in some important games, in practice and around the group on a daily basis,” head coach Matt Peet told the club’s website, external.
