DUP MLA Edwin Poots says loyalist paramilitaries in south Belfast are “little more than old men’s clubs”.
He was responding to a series of racist attacks in the area, where he is a DUP MLA.
They are not what they once were, he said of the organisations, when asked if they were involved in organising or signing off attacks.
