Guide stranded on Everest for six days rescued

The survival of a mountain guide who was believed to be missing on Mount Everest for six days is being hailed a “miracle”.

Dawa Sherpa – also known as Hillary Dawa Sherpa – was last seen above Camp 3, at around 7,500m (24,600ft), while coming down the mountain after summiting.
