As Iran war continues, US farmers absorb rising costs

As the war in the Middle East continues, American farmers are facing intense financial pressure due to skyrocketing fertiliser costs and surging fuel prices.

Despite these growing difficulties, some farmers continue their support for President Donald Trump and the war.

The BBC’s Chief North America correspondent Gary O’Donoghue spoke to a peach farmer in Alabama about the impact of the rising costs on his livelihood.
