Can spending time in nature improve your diet?

Contributing to the growing number of studies that show the mental and physical benefits of being in nature, a new study from Drexel University’s College of Nursing and Health Professions has found that individuals who spent more time in nature also reported better dietary behaviors, such as eating more fruits and vegetables. The study, published in Social Science & Medicine, evaluated individuals’ time in nature and their dietary behaviors.
