Man Utd manager Marc Skinner signs new contract

Manchester United women’s manager Marc Skinner has signed a new two-year contract.

The 42-year-old, whose current deal was due to expire at the end of this season, took over in 2021 and led United to their first major honour by winning the FA Cup last year.

They are third in the Women’s Super League (WSL) and face Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-finals on 13 April.

“It has been an absolute privilege to serve as head coach for this fantastic football club for the past four years, and I am delighted to be extending my time in the role,” said Skinner, whose contract has the option of a further year.
