Man arrested over ‘incident’ on Armagh GAA trip

A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.

It is understood the arrest is in connection with an alleged incident while Armagh GAA was on a recent trip to the United States.

Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) arrested the man on Tuesday.

He has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
