Everton head coach Brian Sorensen has signed a new two-year contract with the Women’s Super League club until the end of June 2027.
Dane Sorensen, 44, joined in April 2022 and led the Toffees to sixth place in the WSL in his first full season.
Everton are eighth, level on points with seventh-placed West Ham, and face Brighton on Sunday at 14:00 BST.
Sorensen told Everton he has spoken to owners the Friedkin Group and both want “stability” and to “create consistency” at the club.
Building a competitive squad is also Sorensen’s main target for the summer transfer window.
“I’m very confident we are in a project heading in the right way,” he added.
