On-loan Wong then struck twice in the first two balls against her old side and Chloe Skelton also claimed three wickets as the Sparks were bowled out for just 102, spared from even greater embarrassment only by 42 from Davina Perrin.
Sparks started badly when skipper Eve Jones was yorked first ball and wicketkeeper Abigail Freeborn also suffered a golden duck when she edged a loose drive to her counterpart Natasha Wraith.
Wong missed the chance of a hat-trick when Perrin edged through where third slip would have been. But, in Wong’s next over, Chloe Brewer was lbw to one that kept low to make it 11-3.
Alex Griffiths added the wickets of Courtney Webb and Katie George, both caught at mid on, before Perrin was lbw on 85-6 – and there was no way back as Skelton’s burst of three wickets for six runs in 26 balls sent Sparks bottom of the table.
The next round of three games take place on Sunday before a 43-day Trophy break because of the Women’s Hundred.
