People cheer as power comes back on in Madrid

Residents applauded in Madrid as the lights came back on, after a huge power cut brought parts of Spain and Portugal to a standstill on Monday. A state of emergency was declared in Spain, as the mass blackout grounded flights and caused traffic chaos. The cause of the disruption remains under investigation.
