North Belfast: Man released after attempted murder arrest

A 40-year-old man, who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in north Belfast, has been released on bail.

A man was seriously assaulted inside Eithne House on Duncairn Parade on Monday.

Two other men, aged 41 and 32, who were also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, remain in custody.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said the investigation was ongoing.
