Lib Dem leader Ed Davey: ‘It’s time for us to start listening’

Sir Ed Davey has been elected as the leader of the Liberal Democrats.

He secured 63.5% of the vote, compared to 36.5% for his fellow MP Layla Moran.

In his acceptance speech, he said it was the time for the party to start listening after three “disappointing” general election results.
