Deer and otter come face-to-face on Worsley golf course

A golf course worker has captured an early morning encounter between a deer and an otter.

The pair came face-to-face near the first hole of the course in Worsley on 21 June.

James Wormleighton said he believed the meeting of the mammals was “extremely rare, especially on a golf course in Salford”.
